Welcome to ICYCSEE 2015

The International Conference of Young Computer Scientists, Engineers and Educators (ICYCSEE) 2015 (http://icycsee.hljit.edu.cn) will take place in Harbin, China, 10-12 Jan 2015, hosted by Heilongjiang Institute of Technology.ICYCSEE 2015 is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending), and it will be indexed by EI Compendex according to previous experience of Springer. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to Journal of Zhejiang University (SCI journal) and Chinese of Journal. You can ONLY submit your paper to the SCI journals, i.e. Journal of Zhejiang University or Chinese Journal of Electronics.

From now on, the conference ONLY accepts submissions for the proceedings with Springer (EI indexed). The conference does not recommend any submission later than Aug. 9th to the SCI journals. Note that even though some high-quality papers submitted later than Aug 9th will also be recommended to SCI Journal.

The conference invites computer scientists, engineers and educators to submit original research, application and education papers on topics of Big Data, including but not limited to the following areas in four tracks:
